Questions
Are these templates free to use?
Yes. Copy any template, adjust the bracketed placeholders, and send it. No sign-up, and nothing you do on this page is tracked or stored.
Should I send the template word for word?
Use it as a skeleton. Swap every [bracketed] placeholder, then change at least one sentence into your own words, ideally the one referencing your conversation or the role. Recruiters read hundreds of emails and unedited templates are easy to spot.
How do I keep track of who I have followed up with?
That is exactly what the free LinProfi extension is for: save every job you apply to, log follow-ups and interviews as dated events, and the dashboard reminds you on the day something is due.
